Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions All of our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once, they cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and they are non-transferable and non-refundable. Vouchers can not be part redeemed. The gift voucher must be booked in advanced and presented upon arrival. No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please check the expiry date on your voucher for its expiration.
